After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 2015, I worked in many different roles in the restaurant industry from Management, to Research and Development Manager and then my first Executive Pastry Chef position in Princeton, NJ. After losing my job due to the global pandemic, I decided to act on my dream and with all my experience under my belt, I decided to take a leap of faith and opened KK Sweets in September of 2020! KK Sweets is a French style bakery specializing in French macarons, custom cakes, gluten free desserts, classic pastries and sweets! It is a great opportunity to be a small business owner in my hometown and I look forward to bringing delicious desserts to Hamilton!
